Blue Stained Pine Blanket Chest $185

This Rustic Blanket Chest measures 38" wide by 18" deep and 18 " high.
I used "blue stained pine" from our property in Seeley Lake for the frame, lid and bottom. The "slats" are made with blue stained pine from Hamilton, MT.
"Blue stain" is actually part of the deterioration process of this type of wood which has been down for a long period of time. By getting the wood before this processes advances, the wood remains solid but features the beautiful blue staining effect.
